Registration: All participants must register for the festival through our official website or designated registration portal. Registration is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email.
Payment: Payment for all classes, passes, and events must be completed within 1 week after the registration.
Early Bird Discounts: Early bird rates are available until (30 November 2024). After this date, regular rates apply.
Currency: All fees are listed in Euros or Norwegian krone. Payments must be made in Euros / Nok. Transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the participant.

Participant Cancellations:
- No refunds are given for cancellations.
Transfer of Tickets: Participants may transfer their festival pass to another individual if they cannot attend. The festival must be notified of this transfer by email at least 7 days in advance.
Festival Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the festival is canceled, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. The festival is not responsible for any other costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).

3. Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior: All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful attitude toward instructors, fellow participants, and festival staff. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Personal Responsibility: Participants engage in all festival activities at their own risk. The festival is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes, workshops, or social events.
Belongings: The festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure and avoid bringing valuables to the venue.

Consent: By attending the festival, participants agree to be photographed and filmed. Images and videos may be used for future promotional materials.
Opting Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the festival organizers in advance and notify photographers at the event.

Data Collection: Personal information collected during registration will only be used for event management and communication purposes related to the festival.
Data Protection: We are committed to safeguarding participants' data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

The festival reserves the right to modify the schedule, substitute instructors, or alter class times if necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes as early as possible.
Refunds will not be issued for schedule adjustments unless a class or event is entirely canceled without a replacement.

Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. The festival may recommend nearby hotels or options but does not provide accommodation services.
Discounted Options: Where applicable, we may partner with local accommodations for discounted rates. However, availability is limited, and early booking is recommended.
